You know 3 Claude codes out of 23. Walk away with the 20 that actually change your everyday speed.

The idea behind the codes

Claude was trained on millions of texts: military manuals, consulting methods, business books, decision frameworks. It knows these methods but answers "average" by default, to stay useful to as many people as possible.

A code like OODA or PARETO acts as a shortcut. You're telling it "apply this specific method." It immediately delivers a different level of reasoning.

β†’
Before β€” the most effective. OODA Help me choose between offer A or B
β†’
After β€” works too. Help me choose between A or B. OODA
β†’
System prompt β€” in your personal Claude.ai instructions, so it applies everywhere by default.
Key takeaway

Plug-and-play: you paste the code before (or after) your prompt, and that's it. No need to rewrite anything, these codes work from Claude Sonnet 4.6 onward.

1

ARTIFACTS

Generates an app, a dashboard, a functional interactive mini-tool right in the chat. Not a screenshot, not a plan: something you can actually use.

⌨️Example
β†’
ARTIFACTS Create a ROAS calculator for my paid campaigns: input spend, revenue generated, conversions. Output ROAS, CAC, margin.
🎯When to use it

Whenever you think "I'm going to code a quick little tool."

2

OODA

A 4-phase decision method (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) born out of US air combat. Forces Claude to structure an analysis instead of listing 5 options for you.

⌨️Example
β†’
OODA My main competitor just dropped their prices by 30%. How do I react?
🎯When to use it

Strategic decisions, competitive moves, choices under pressure.

3

/redteam

Claude attacks your idea like a consultant paid to tear it apart. You come out with the flaws and counterarguments you hadn't seen.

⌨️Example
β†’
/redteam I'm launching a SaaS at €49/month to help independent coaches manage their clients.
🎯When to use it

Before a launch, an investor pitch, a big pivot.

4

/premortem

Imagines that your plan has already failed and surfaces the reasons. Psychologist Gary Klein's method: the post-mortem done before the crash.

⌨️Example
β†’
/premortem I'm launching my AI training at €297 on the 15th of next month, audience of 8000 Insta followers. It's 3 months from now and it's a total failure. Why?
🎯When to use it

Before any high-stakes launch. The perfect complement to /redteam.

5

PARETO

Identifies the 20% of actions that produce 80% of the results. Cuts the fluff, points to the critical.

⌨️Example
β†’
PARETO Here are my 12 acquisition channels. Which ones bring in 80% of my new clients and which can I cut without losing anything?
🎯When to use it

When you feel overwhelmed or scattered. Every month, on your business, your content, your tools.

6

LEVERAGE

Finds THE single high-leverage move that makes everything else easier or unnecessary. The opposite of a to-do list.

⌨️Example
β†’
LEVERAGE I'm a solo entrepreneur, €5k/month recurring, I want to hit €20k/month in 6 months. What's the one move that changes everything?
🎯When to use it

When you're taking lots of small steps without moving. Once a quarter.

7

/blindspots

Surfaces the blind spots in your question. Anticipates what you didn't even think to ask because you didn't know what you didn't know.

⌨️Example
β†’
/blindspots I want to rebuild my website to move to a subscription model instead of a one-shot purchase. What blind spots haven't I seen?
🎯When to use it

On any topic where you feel you don't have the full picture.

8

/ghost

Rewrites a text so it sounds 100% human and gets past the main AI detectors. It's not cheating, it's removing the predictable AI patterns.

⌨️Example
β†’
/ghost Rewrite this LinkedIn post like a human writing at 11pm after a busy day. [paste your text]
🎯When to use it

Social posts, client emails, blog articles. Anything you publish under your own name.

9

/autoprompt

You drop your raw idea, Claude builds the perfect prompt to handle it. Meta: Claude prompts Claude.

⌨️Example
β†’
/autoprompt I want Claude to help me come up with Instagram Reel ideas for my marketing audience.
🎯When to use it

When you can't be bothered to structure a prompt. Also to learn to prompt better by reading what Claude produces.

10

CEOMODE

Claude answers like a CEO who makes the call, not like an assistant listing options for you. Clear decision, why, how, action.

⌨️Example
β†’
CEOMODE I'm torn between hiring on a 6-month contract or a freelancer per project. Revenue €15k/month, 70% margin, current workload a full 5 days/week. Make the call.
🎯When to use it

A decision that's been nagging for 3 days. A choice between 2 options that are almost equal.

11

MASTERCLASS

The teaching level of a world-class expert on your topic. Not a Wikipedia summary: the depth of an advanced university course, targeted.

⌨️Example
β†’
MASTERCLASS Explain how SEO works in 2026, expert level, AI search mechanics included, EEAT, intent matching. Not the basics.
🎯When to use it

When you want to truly learn, not skim. Before a strategic investment in a field.

12

INVERT

Solves your problem backwards. Instead of "how to succeed at X," Claude looks for "how to guarantee X fails." You flip it, and you've got your checklist.

⌨️Example
β†’
INVERT I want my AI training to crush it at launch.
🎯When to use it

When you're making a plan "to succeed" but feel something's missing. The brain spots traps better.

13

WARGAME

Simulates how your competitors (or any opponent) will react to your move. What Fortune 500 companies pay €50k to a consulting firm for, in 30 seconds.

⌨️Example
β†’
WARGAME I'm going to launch an annual offer at -40% vs my current monthly. My 3 competitors: [X], [Y], [Z]. How is each likely to react?
🎯When to use it

Before a pricing move, a major launch, an aggressive campaign. Also to prepare for a negotiation.

14

BOTTLENECK

Identifies THE bottleneck in your business (Eli Goldratt's theory of constraints). Not a list: THE problem that unlocks everything else.

⌨️Example
β†’
BOTTLENECK My revenue has been stuck at €12k/month for 4 months. Here's my stack: [acquisition, conversion, delivery, support, retention]. The real bottleneck?
🎯When to use it

When you feel you're doing a lot without progressing. Once a month.

15

/storysell

Turns a flat promise or a blunt message into a story people read to the end. Tension/resolution structure, not fiction.

⌨️Example
β†’
/storysell Here's my promise: help solopreneurs go from €5k to €20k/month in 6 months with an AI method. Turn it into a story for my website.
🎯When to use it

Sales pages, long-form posts, profile bios, welcome emails.

16

HOOKS10

Generates 10 opening hooks across 10 completely different angles (contrarian, emotional, data-driven, etc.), not 3 variations of the same one.

⌨️Example
β†’
HOOKS10 Topic: an AI tool that automates competitive monitoring for €10/month.
🎯When to use it

Before every Reel, LinkedIn post, prospecting email, sales page. Cuts 50% of your flops.

17

DOSSIER

Compiles a structured briefing note on any topic, person, or company. Consulting-firm format, not a Wikipedia entry.

⌨️Example
β†’
DOSSIER Everything you know about Mistral AI: founding, founders, funding rounds, models, partnerships, weaknesses, likely next moves. 2 pages.
🎯When to use it

Before an important call, a job application, a partnership, a competitor benchmark.

18

/negotiate

A full negotiation script: arguments, counter-objections, flexibility zones, BATNA. A skill solopreneurs underuse.

⌨️Example
β†’
/negotiate Annual client contract at €24k. He wants to pay monthly, I want annual up front. Strategy, call script, counter-objections, flex zones.
🎯When to use it

Before every high-stakes negotiation (client, supplier, hiring, fundraising). Also in your personal life (rent, salary).

19

OPERATOR

Claude delivers the task end-to-end without asking you 15 questions. If info is missing, it takes the most reasonable assumption and moves on, stated clearly at the end.

⌨️Example
β†’
OPERATOR Create 5 emails to follow up with my old prospects who haven't replied in 3 months. My offer: 1-on-1 business coaching at €2k.
🎯When to use it

When you want a fast deliverable, even if you adjust it afterward. When you want to avoid back-and-forth.

20

SENTINEL

Paranoia mode: Claude reviews your plan, your text, your code and flags everything (inconsistencies, risks, gaps) with a criticality level.

⌨️Example
β†’
SENTINEL Here's my training launch plan [paste plan]. Review it: inconsistencies, legal risks, pricing holes, timing, comms.
🎯When to use it

The last pass before go: signing a contract, publishing a sales page, sending a mass email.

The combos that multiply the effect

The real power is chaining the codes. Four tested combos that deliver a next-level output.

πŸ”—Business strategy combo

OODA + /redteam + /premortem β€” you analyze the situation in 4 phases, you tear your solution apart like a consultant paid to do it, you anticipate the failure modes before they happen. You come out with a rock-solid plan.

πŸ”—Focus combo

PARETO + LEVERAGE + /blindspots β€” you cut the fluff, you find the real lever, you identify the blind spots. Once a quarter, your business steps up a level.

πŸ”—Launch combo

/autoprompt + ARTIFACTS + /ghost β€” you build the perfect prompt, you generate the interactive version (calculator, mini-page), you rewrite your sales page like a human. Launch in 2 hours flat.

πŸ”—Heavy decision combo

CEOMODE + /redteam + OODA β€” you get a CEO-style call, you tear the decision apart, you execute in military mode. For the choices that truly change your life or your business.

Using the codes well

1
Pin two or three favorites in your personal Claude instructions. Go to Claude.ai Settings β†’ Personal preferences. Set your favorite combo (PARETO + /blindspots for example) as a system instruction. All your conversations inherit it.
2
Don't stack them all at once. If you put OODA + /redteam + PARETO + LEVERAGE + MASTERCLASS in the same prompt, Claude gets lost. Maximum 2-3 codes per prompt. For heavy analyses, split it across several chained messages.
3
Create your own codes. Once you've grasped the principle, invent your own. "When I type /maxmode, do X, Y, Z." You tell Claude that once at the start, and you reuse your code throughout the whole conversation. That's where you build your personal stack.
Going further

This framework and the full list of 80+ codes come from Maxence (@capitain.ai), founder of CoreLabs. The selection of the 20 codes above, their framing and their combos come from his work; the examples were adjusted for the entrepreneur / marketer context. If you liked these 20, go check out his content, he posts regularly about AI and automation.
