Why these 5 libraries

You are solo or running a small team. You do not have the budget to hire an SDR, a marketer, and a project manager all at once. The good news: a big chunk of their repetitive work is already packaged as open-source Claude Code skills. You don't hire, you install.

I checked every repo before writing this article: the numbers below are from July 4, 2026, straight from GitHub, not from the viral screenshots going around.

"Replace your team" is the hook. The reality is more useful than that: these libraries execute the repetitive work of a team (prospect research, email sequences, website audits, PDF proposals). You keep the strategy, the decisions, and the quality control. That is exactly the work a solopreneur should delegate first.

Where to start

Do not install them all. Identify the area where you lose the most hours every week (sales, marketing, operations) and install ONE library. Test it on a real case for two days before adding another one.

1

oh-my-claudecode

🔗 github.com/Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode

37,000+ stars, the most popular repo in the entire Claude Code ecosystem. It is the orchestration layer on top of Claude Code: specialized agents (architecture, research, design, testing) that auto-delegate tasks and work in parallel on a shared task list. Autopilot mode runs a project end to end while you do something else. Their tagline says it all: "Don't learn Claude Code. Just use OMC."

⌨️Install (two commands, one at a time inside Claude Code)
/plugin marketplace add https://github.com/Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode
/plugin install oh-my-claudecode
2

AI Sales Team

🔗 github.com/zubair-trabzada/ai-sales-team-claude

14 skills, 5 parallel agents, a complete sales pipeline. Automatic research on every prospect, qualification with the BANT + MEDDIC frameworks (the same ones serious B2B sales teams use), decision-maker identification, personalized email sequences, and sales proposals generated as PDFs. If you sell your own product or services, this is your virtual SDR.

⌨️Install (in your terminal)
git clone https://github.com/zubair-trabzada/ai-sales-team-claude.git
cd ai-sales-team-claude
./install.sh
3

AI Agency Command Center

🔗 github.com/zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude

The closest thing to the "replace your team" hook: 9 skills orchestrating 5 AI teams in parallel (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Reputation, GEO/SEO). You give it a client or a website, the 5 teams audit simultaneously, and you get back a unified score, prioritized findings, a client proposal with tiered pricing, and PDF reports ready to send. It is the youngest of the 5 repos, but if you bill for consulting or audits, it pays for itself the fastest.

⌨️Install (in your terminal)
git clone https://github.com/zubair-trabzada/ai-agency-claude.git
cd ai-agency-claude
./install.sh
4

AI Marketing Suite

🔗 github.com/zubair-trabzada/ai-marketing-claude

2,000+ stars, same author as the previous two. 15 marketing skills with parallel agents: full marketing audit of any website, copy generation (landing pages, emails, ads), content calendar, competitive intelligence, and PDF reports for your clients. This is the library I recommend first if your bottleneck is marketing production.

⌨️Install (in your terminal)
git clone https://github.com/zubair-trabzada/ai-marketing-claude.git
cd ai-marketing-claude
./install.sh
5

claude-skills (Alireza Rezvani)

🔗 github.com/alirezarezvani/claude-skills

20,000+ stars and by far the broadest library: 354 skills, 96 agents, and 102 commands across 9 domains (engineering, marketing, product, finance, legal, compliance...). It includes C-level advisors (CTO, CMO, CFO) to challenge your decisions, and it works with 13 tools: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and the rest. You do not install everything: the marketplace offers per-domain packs, you pick the one that matches your need.

⌨️Install (marketplace, then one pack of your choice)
/plugin marketplace add alirezarezvani/claude-skills
/plugin install marketing-skills@claude-code-skills

The 3 traps to avoid

What I see happen to people who install these libraries and give up after a week.

Installing everything at once
Each library loads its skills, agents, and hooks into your context. Stacking all 5 in the same session pollutes your context and creates triggering conflicts. One library at a time, two days of testing on a real case, then the next one.
Believing it actually replaces the team
These skills execute the repetitive work, they do not decide. An AI sales pipeline with bad positioning produces clean but useless emails. The quality of your brief drives the quality of the output: keep strategy and quality control on your side.
Collecting instead of using
The 47th plugin of the week will not save you time. Identify your 3 most repetitive workflows, install the library that covers them, and get obsessive about it. That is where the hours are won.
The simple rule

If a library has not saved you a real half-day after 5 days of use, uninstall it. The context pollution cost is higher than the marginal gain.

3 tips to get the most out of them

Once installed, here is how to make them work together instead of using them in silos.

1
Chain market intelligence into product engineering. Start with your tech and competitive watch using the marketing skills (the AI Marketing Suite's competitive intel, or the marketing pack from the Alireza Rezvani library), then feed the insights into the product engineering skills of that same library (engineering and product packs). The watch tells you what to build, product engineering turns those signals into specs and features. It is the most profitable chain across the 5 libraries.
2
Audit your own business before your clients'. Run your own website through the AI Agency Command Center before billing anyone: the unified score gives you a free prioritized backlog, and you learn the tool on a case you know by heart. You will know exactly what to sell when you do it for a client.
3
Turn what works into a custom skill. After two weeks, you will know which workflows come back every day. Rebuild them as custom skills tailored to your stack in .claude/skills/: local skills take priority over plugins, and a skill built for your business always beats a generic library.
