Most people type a question into Claude, read the answer, close the tab. The result: they use 10% of what it can do.

The point here is not to ask a question, it is to make Claude the OS of your business.

Here is the 6-layer system to turn Claude into an assistant that reads your emails, preps your day, creates your content, and builds your automations while you sleep. No technical skills required, just Claude set up properly.

What you need
1
A Claude plan. Pro, Max, or Team. Some layers (Cowork, Claude Code) need a paid plan.
2
20 minutes for the base. You lay the foundations today, the rest gets built one layer at a time.
1

The foundations

🧱 claude.ai

Before anything else, get the base right. Three settings that make Claude 10x more useful from day one.

🗂️
One project per area
Content, Email, Clients, Business, Admin. Each project has its own memory, instructions, and context. One window for everything is like keeping all your files on the desktop.
🧠
Load your context
Inside each project, tell Claude who you are, your tone, your goals, your constraints. It remembers this across every conversation.
🧩
Install the right skills
Pre-built instruction sets for specific tasks. Install one once, and Claude runs the workflow perfectly every time.
The biggest lever
One project per area is the number one upgrade. Everything else stacks on top of it.
2

The daily automation

Cowork + integrations

Claude is not just a chat tool. With Cowork and connected integrations, it runs on a schedule, before you even open your laptop.

🌅
Morning brief
Every morning, Claude reads your emails and calendar, then sends you a structured brief: priorities, meetings, anything that needs a reply.
✉️
Email drafting
It drafts replies in your tone. You review, edit, send. It handles the first 80% every time.
📊
Content pipeline
A scheduled task pulls your last 30 days of performance, ranks your posts by engagement, and surfaces what is working.
🛒
Shopify updates
Through your browser, it updates product descriptions, SEO tags, and blog posts, drafted in your voice, straight onto your site.

The prompt system

🎯 claude.ai

A bad prompt gives you a generic answer. A great prompt gives you something you can use right away. Frame every prompt around four pillars.

1️⃣
Task
What exactly you want. Not "write a caption" but "write a 150-word Instagram caption for a wellness brand".
2️⃣
Context
Who you are, your audience, your tone, the platform. The richer the context, the sharper the output.
3️⃣
Constraints
What Claude should avoid: word limits, off-limits topics, format rules. Constraints create quality.
4️⃣
Expected output
What the result should look like. A bulleted list, a table, three paragraphs? Define the finish line.
Keep this
You can even install a skill that applies these four pillars for you, turning a vague idea into a precise prompt automatically.
4

The skill stack

🧩 claude.ai

A skill turns Claude into a specialist. Instead of re-explaining your brand every time, you install it once and it runs perfectly on repeat.

🛡️
Content Reviewer
Checks every post against your brand voice and tone rules before you publish. You never post off-brand again.
✍️
Email Responder
Reads the context of an email thread and drafts a reply in your voice. You review and send.
🔎
SEO Writer
Writes long-form posts optimized for search, following your internal linking and your tone.
📋
Client / CRM
Turns raw meeting notes into structured quarterly reviews or CRM logs, in seconds.
5

The build layer

🛠️ Claude Code

Claude Code lets you build and automate software without being a developer. You describe what you want in plain English, it writes and runs the code.

🧾
Invoice processor
Monitors your inbox, classifies invoices by category, and appends each one to a Google Sheet automatically.
🎯
Lead capture
Connects your ManyChat automation to a Sheet and logs every new lead with their message and timestamp.
📈
Analytics dashboard
Pulls your Shopify and Instagram data into a weekly summary and emails it to you.
Keep this
You do not need to understand code. You describe the task in plain English, Claude writes it, runs it, fixes the errors, and delivers the output.
6

The design system

🎨 Claude + Canva / Gamma

Claude does not just write, it designs. From on-brand PDFs to Instagram layouts to decks, it generates visuals that match your identity, in minutes.

📄
PDFs and lead magnets
Structure and copy in Claude, layout in Canva. An on-brand guide in under an hour.
🖥️
Decks
Claude drafts the narrative and slide structure, Gamma renders it into a boardroom-ready presentation.
🎨
Brand assets
With Artifacts, it generates SVG logos, palettes, and mockups right in the chat, ready to export.

Set it up once, let it compound

Do not do it all at once. Lay the foundations today, one project per area and your context loaded, then add one layer a week. The system gets built once, then it compounds.

Your job is no longer to redo the tasks by hand, it is to show up and lead. Pick one layer and start it tonight.
